Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026. This draft is provided as a practical starting point and should be reviewed by a qualified attorney before public launch.

Attorney review recommended. These Terms are a working draft for Antidox and should be reviewed before public launch.

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service govern use of Antidox websites, customer accounts, reports, and privacy cleanup services. By creating an account, purchasing a service, submitting information, or using Antidox, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service description

Antidox provides human-reviewed, software-assisted privacy cleanup services. Services may include customer intake, authorization collection, data broker opt-out tracking, removal request preparation, manual submissions, verification follow-up, outdated content request tracking, rechecks, and customer-facing reports.

Antidox is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not represent customers in legal proceedings.

3. No guaranteed removal

Removal timelines vary by broker, site owner, search engine, verification process, and applicable law. Antidox submits and tracks authorized requests, but cannot guarantee that every third-party site, search engine, or broker will remove information immediately, permanently, or at all.

Some listings may reappear, move to different URLs, be republished by other sources, require customer verification, require identity confirmation, or fall outside a broker's available removal process.

4. Customer responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain access to your email when verification is required, promptly respond to requests for missing information, and confirm that you are authorized to submit information for yourself or household members included in your package.

You must not use Antidox to submit fraudulent requests, impersonate another person, harass others, interfere with third-party systems, or violate applicable laws.

5. Authorization

Some removal work requires permission for Antidox to submit requests on your behalf. You agree that any authorization you provide is accurate and that you have the right to grant it. If authorization is revoked or incomplete, Antidox may pause or stop affected work.

6. Packages and billing

Service packages, pricing, scope, and billing terms are shown at checkout or in your account. One-time cleanup packages are intended for an initial removal pass. Ongoing Protection, when available, provides recurring rechecks and resubmissions after an initial sweep and is not a guarantee that listings will never reappear.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use Antidox to violate the rights of others, submit unauthorized removal requests, reverse engineer the service, disrupt systems, scrape private areas, introduce malicious code, or use the service for unlawful activity.

8. Third-party websites and services

Antidox interacts with third-party websites, brokers, search tools, payment processors, and service providers. We do not control third-party systems, policies, response times, verification requirements, availability, or decisions.

9. Account access and security

You are responsible for keeping account login information secure and for activity under your account. Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

10. Service changes and availability

We may update, change, pause, or discontinue parts of Antidox from time to time. We aim to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Antidox is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, reputational harm, or third-party conduct. Any total liability will be limited to the amount paid for the affected service, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

Antidox is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these Terms were violated, information is fraudulent or unauthorized, payment fails, or continued service would create legal, security, operational, or abuse concerns.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of Antidox after updates means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent through the contact method provided on the Antidox website or customer account area.
