Because this work requires matching exposed listings to the correct person, we collect personal information that customers choose to provide for that purpose.

Customers may request deletion or closure of their account, subject to records we need to retain for legal, security, accounting, or operational reasons.

Some service work may require enough information to match exposed listings, so removing key information may limit our ability to perform the service.
