Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2026. This draft is provided as a practical starting point and should be reviewed by a qualified attorney before public launch.

Attorney review recommended. This Privacy Policy is a working draft for Antidox and should be reviewed before public launch.

1. Overview

Antidox provides human-reviewed privacy cleanup services that help customers submit and track opt-out, removal, verification, and outdated content requests. Because this work requires matching exposed listings to the correct person, we collect personal information that customers choose to provide for that purpose.

We do not sell customer personal information. We use customer information to provide the service, manage accounts, process payments, communicate with customers, maintain security, and comply with applicable obligations.

2. Information we collect

Depending on the service selected, we may collect contact and identity-matching information such as name, aliases, email addresses, phone numbers, current and prior addresses, approximate age or year of birth, household package details, and other details the customer provides for removal matching.

We may also collect account information, authorization records, payment status, support messages, removal request notes, broker verification notes, customer report notes, usage logs, device/browser information, and basic technical data needed to operate the website.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to set up customer accounts, process selected service packages, prepare and submit removal requests, verify listings, communicate with data brokers or site operators, track request status, provide customer reports, perform rechecks, and improve internal operations.

We may also use information to prevent abuse, troubleshoot technical issues, maintain records of authorization and work performed, respond to customer support requests, and comply with legal or payment-processing requirements.

4. Sharing information

We share personal information only as needed to provide the service, such as submitting removal or opt-out requests to data brokers, people-search sites, public lookup sites, search engines, or service providers that help us operate Antidox.

We may use third-party providers for hosting, payments, email, analytics, security, and similar business operations. Those providers may process information on our behalf. We do not sell customer personal information.

5. Payment information

Payments may be processed by a third-party payment processor. Antidox does not need to store full card numbers. Payment providers may collect and process payment details according to their own policies and security practices.

6. Data broker submissions

To request removals, we may submit personal information to third-party brokers, search tools, site operators, or search engines. These submissions are made so the third party can identify the listing or record and process the opt-out or removal request.

Some third parties may require email verification, additional identity confirmation, or other steps before processing a request. Antidox cannot control how each third party processes information after receiving an authorized request.

7. Retention

We keep customer information as long as needed to provide services, maintain work history, support reports and rechecks, resolve disputes, comply with obligations, and maintain business records. Customers may request deletion or closure of their account, subject to records we need to retain for legal, security, accounting, or operational reasons.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer information. No website, database, email system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Customer choices

Customers may update account information, contact us to correct service details, request account closure, or ask questions about how information is used. Some service work may require enough information to match exposed listings, so removing key information may limit our ability to perform the service.

10. California and other privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit certain uses of personal information. Antidox will handle privacy requests as required by applicable law. California residents may have additional rights under California privacy laws.

11. Children and minors

Antidox is not intended for use by children directly. A parent, guardian, or authorized adult may provide information for household or family services where legally appropriate and authorized.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

13. Contact

Questions about this Privacy Policy can be sent through the contact method provided on the Antidox website or customer account area.
