Refund Policy

Last updated: May 2026. This draft is provided as a practical starting point and should be reviewed by a qualified attorney before public launch.

Attorney review recommended. This Refund Policy is a working draft for Antidox and should be reviewed before public launch.

1. Overview

Antidox provides manual, human-reviewed privacy cleanup work that may begin shortly after payment, intake, and authorization are completed. Because the service includes labor, research, request preparation, submissions, and tracking, refunds depend on how much work has already been performed.

2. One-time cleanup packages

For one-time packages such as Quick Sweep or Full Broker Sweep, a refund may be available if you request cancellation before substantial work has begun. Once Antidox has started preparing, submitting, or tracking removal requests, refunds may be partial or unavailable depending on the work already completed.

3. Ongoing Protection subscriptions

Ongoing Protection may be canceled for future billing periods. Subscription fees already paid are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started, unless required by law or approved by Antidox as a courtesy. Canceling Ongoing Protection does not undo work already performed.

4. Priority handling

Priority handling fees are intended to reserve higher internal handling priority. They do not guarantee emergency protection, legal results, immediate removal, or a specific outcome. Priority fees may be non-refundable once priority work has begun.

5. Non-guaranteed outcomes

A listing remaining online, a broker requiring extra verification, a search engine taking time to refresh, or a broker denying or ignoring a request does not automatically qualify for a refund. Antidox sells the service of preparing, submitting, tracking, and reporting authorized requests, not a guaranteed removal result.

6. When refunds may be declined

Refunds may be declined when work has already been substantially performed, the customer provided inaccurate or unauthorized information, the customer does not complete required intake or verification steps, the customer violates the Terms of Service, or the requested refund is based on a third-party outcome outside Antidox control.

7. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact Antidox through the customer account area or the contact method provided on the website. Include the customer name, account email, service purchased, reason for the request, and any relevant details.

8. Processing time

Approved refunds are generally sent back to the original payment method. Payment processors and banks may take additional time to post the refund.

9. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact Antidox first so we can review the account and work performed. We reserve the right to suspend service while a chargeback, dispute, or payment issue is pending.
